Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, we will provide a refund or replacement.
Photo or video proof is required.
Customers do not need to return damaged or incorrect items.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If the item is intact, unused, and unwanted, we do not offer full refunds due to shipping costs already incurred.
However, customers may return the item at their own expense.
For all returns, you must first receive e-mail approval.
